The two wines Aplus are premium wines and the last to come to our Wine Cellar. A nature-friendly production, the symbiosis of selected varieties, the best sites, soil structure and hair-splitting selection through the entire wine production have enabled the Goriška Brda region to express itself.

The wines A Plus are produced only when the quality of vintage is adequate. Each variety is produced separately. Prior to de-stemming, all grapes were chilled to the temperature of 8éC. A Plus red wines are produced only when the quality of vintage is adequate. All the grapes are vinified separately. They had undergone a long maceration at the temperature between 25-28˚C. Merlot had been macerated for 15 days, Cabernet Sauvignon for 18 and Cabernet Franc 13 days. After the maceration, the wines were decanted into French barriques.
