Archive wines

The archive of the Wine Cellar houses a rich choice of white and red wines, vintages from 1965 on. During the process of maturation, the wine undergoes bio-chemical processes which result in new components of aromatic substances giving a special character to the old wine. The wine is tasted with respect and always offered to good connoisseurs only.
