PIKOLIT

Organoleptic description
Pikolit is an autochthonous variety of the Goriška Brda. The wine is of a special premium quality. It is of a golden yellow colour with a subtle shade of amber. Its aroma is reminiscent of field flowers, white peach, ripe fig and the acacia honey. Its taste is sweet, warm and rich in an ideal sugar: acidity ratio; it offers a pleasing lengthy after-taste.

Sommelier's recommendation (Matches Made in Haven)
Pikolit is too aristocratic to be combined with various dishes. We recommend it with oysters, cheeses with noble blue mould and with fresh pâtés of goose and duck liver.
