Organoleptic properties
Cuvée red is a high quality wine, ruby red coloured, with a pleasant aroma. The fruity bouquet is reminiscent blackcurrant, strwberry bush and plum. The mouthfeel is smooth, full bodied. The finish is long and silk rounded up by a pleasant aroma of maturation in french barriques.

Cuvée red Quercus will accompany red meat dishes and game. It goes very well with snacks where you find medium ripened cheeses, prosciutto and olives.
