A special refreshing taste is provided to our sparkling wines by the selected grapes of the Rebula variety from favourable sites on the Brda hills. A glass of a sparkling wine conjures up soft sparkling, freshness and an enjoyable fruity aroma.

Sparkling Quercus (Penina Quercus in Slovene) is made from Rebula and Chardonnay grapes and produced by the long Charmat method. The varietal aroma of the wine is fruity fresh with the cedar and green apple aromas, rounded off by full-bodied and good taste. Sampling this sparkling wine, you can taste its freshness.

Rosé Quercus Sparkling Wine is produced from Pinot Noir, which gives to the wine a soft pink-violet colour, the fruity scent of cherries, raspberries and berry fruit. A long-Charmat method contributed to balanced and rich release of carbonic acid, which emphasizes the sparkling and fresh characteristics of this sparkling wine.
