Sommelier's recommendation (Matches Made in Haven)
Merlot Bagueri pairs deliciously with pork dishes, venison dishes, beef dishes and medium mature cheeses. We highly recommend: ravioli stuffed with prosciutto, garlic and dried tomatoes, sheep meat with onions and dried tomatoes, and chicken ragu with paprika, potatoes and olives. If matured in bottles (from 1 to 2 years), Merlot Bagueri will acquire additional finesse and a velvety flavour.
