The aroma of the wine is reminiscent of ripe pear, grapefruit, pineapple and cinnamon. In the mouth, it gives a smooth taste, medium-bodied and enjoyably warm. Sommelier's recommendation Pinot Grigio Quercus pairs perfectly with risotto with spring vegetables and the parmeggiano cheese, with rabbit meat, hen and goose meat, grilled sole and 'polenta' with onions. We highly recommend roast artichokes with garlic and thyme. |
