CABERNET SAUVIGNON Quercus
Organoleptic description
Cabernet Sauvignon Quercus is a structural premium wine of dark ruby red colour with a shade of violet. Its varietal aroma is reminiscent of blackcurrant, green paprika, cedar wood and mint. In the mouth, it gives a sweetish and full taste; it is nicely complemented by tannins which, together with a vanilla aroma create a harmonious and lengthy after-taste.

Sommelier's recommendation
Cabernet Sauvignon Quercus pairs well with minestrone stews with smoked meat, medium matured cheeses, beefsteaks with pepper sauce and garlic, chateaubriand, steaks à la Florentine, medallions with truffles and venison.
We specially recommend medallions with onions in a Cabernet Sauvignon sauce and roasted lamb with rosemary.
