Organoleptic properties
Pinot noir Quercus is a high quality wine, ruby red coloured. The fruity bouquet is reminiscent of strawberry, blackberry, rounded up by a pleasant aroma of vanilla and mature wood barrel. The mouthfeel is smooth, full bodied, with a long finish.
