Organoleptic properties
Cuvée white is a high quality wine, full bodied, smooth, with pleasant acidity that gives a zingy freshness. The bouquet is reminiscent of apples, pears and citrus. Full and lively mouth. The finish is long and silky rounded up by a delicate aroma of maturation in French barriques.
